The Conspiracy against the Igbos in Nigeria is terribly awkward to imagine because you can only see contradictions and hatred among other tribes especially the Yorubas
When Peter Obi was a governor, he was acknowledged as one of the best governors. The records are pure and are still there. The hate around Obi is not about competence. It’s just about the fact that he Igbo man.
We can’t fix this problem by continuously running and shying away from it. The Yorubas are always wary and uncomfortable with Igbos coming to the top in anything. This is why they play the tribal cards every 4 years.
If Peter Obi would have remained just as Ex governor without running for presidency, the average Yoruba man doesn’t have problems with it.
Alex Otti has been acknowledged as the best governor in Nigeria currently. Every tribe in Nigeria including Tinubu knows that Alex Otti is doing amazing job in Abia state. The day Otti decides to fix Nigeria, they will still say that he is not qualified.
It is okay for anyone to support their own people in Nigeria. It is not just acceptable for Igbo man to support his fellow Igbo man. That’s why they project all manner of hateful rhetoric towards Igbos to disintegrate them.
Isaac Fayose said that Igbos are money driven and can be easily bought with money but his elder Ayo destroyed Ekiti State, emptied the treasury and left without anything left for the state.
Then the moment Sunday Igboho was bought with money, Isaac went deaf and dumb. Reno is struggling hard now to make sense again just like Daniel Bwala. All these people are Igbos I guess.
