1. Phone and internet services (telecommunications)
2. Online gaming
3. Betting activities

This means that if you:

• Pay N100 for phone data, you’ll pay N105 (N100 + 5% tax)
• Spend N500 on online gaming, you’ll pay N525 (N500 + 5% tax)
• Bet N1,000, you’ll pay N1,050 (N1,000 + 5% tax).
