The President General of Agulu Chief Oliver Afamefuna (Owelle) in his address thanked Her Excellency for her kind gesture and urged women to make good use of the money.
The Regent, Sir Paulinus Anagboso (Isimmili), commended Her Excellency Mrs Margaret Obi for carrying on the light which Peter Obi brought to Agulu.
APU Women Leader Mrs Margaret Ejike thanked Mrs Obi for bringing Good Luck to Agulu.
Mrs Emilly Enemuo sang a melodious song.
All the speakers prayed for the actualization of the Presidential Ambition of His Excellency, Mr Peter Obi.
Mrs. Margaret Obi in her speech emphasized that the gift is for the betterment of the women of Agulu irrespective of their political affiliation.
Finally she handed over Cheques of N100,000 each to all the women.
