*Criteria for Appointment as State Village Headmaster*
1. *Demonstrated Mobilisation Capacity* – Proven ability to organise, coordinate, and deploy people at scale within the state for VBM activities, campaigns, and engagements.
2. *Financial Capacity and Stakeholder Coordination* – Ability to fund core state level activities and effectively coordinate with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and local leaders, to sustain operations.
3. *Fundraising Competence and Financial Integrity* – Track record of raising funds, with strict adherence to transparency, accountability, and utilisation of resources strictly for approved VBM objectives.
4. *Branding and Logistics Support Leadership* – Capacity to provide, and motivate others to provide, essential branding and operational materials such as branded vehicles, T-shirts, banners, and other campaign souvenirs.
5. *Leadership and Influence* – Recognised leadership presence within the state, with the ability to inspire trust, maintain discipline, and drive alignment with VBM’s mission and values.
6. *Organisational and Execution Discipline* – Strong planning, reporting, and execution skills, including timely delivery of initiatives and regular feedback to the national leadership.
7. *Commitment to VBM Ideology and Objectives* – Clear alignment with the vision, principles, and long-term goals of VBM, with consistent demonstration of loyalty and strategic focus.
8. *Communication and Representation Skills* – Ability to effectively represent VBM at the state level, engage the media, and maintain coherent messaging across all activities.
9. To qualify for the position of State Headmaster, *candidate must NOT hold any active position* in the Obidient Movement, OK Movement, or any other pro-Peter Obi group, to allow for effective engagement and leadership.
