Working Towards a Common Goal: Peter Obi ’27
It has become increasingly difficult to work with manipulative individuals who exploit every situation for cheap political points. Yesterday, April 24, 2025, marked the 70th birthday of renowned human rights lawyer, Dr. Osagie Obayuwana. A lecture themed “Abolition of All Forms of Poverty: Whose Task?” was held at the Nigerian Bar Association’s Benin branch. Notable attendees included Dr. Tanko Yunusa, Justice O.M. Obayuwana, Barr. Femi Falana, and several prominent national leaders.
During the event, Dr. Tanko, National Director of the Obidient Movement, briefly met with self-proclaimed Obidients from Ikpoba-Okha LGA, who had been seeking his audience for sometime. Although he may not fully grasp the underlying factors, he discussed his objectives and focus on delivering the 2027 “Peter Obi” project—a goal we all share. We support genuine efforts toward this cause.
Dr. Tanko will officially visit Edo State to meet with all Obidient stakeholders. We’ll ensure this meeting is properly represented, and the public will be notified. It won’t be exclusive to any faction or privileged few. Stay informed and stay tuned.
Signed,
Mashido Eghaghe.
